Permit the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards
If you would like to file a complaint please contact us here: peabodymedia@gmail.com. We will, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, determine if the complaint is valid. All such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. After the decision has been made the User may appeal the decision within 48 hours. When the final decision has been made, according to the decision itself, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed.
Process For Review and Removal of Content
Each individual complaint will be taken on a case by case basis and reviewed for matching documentation. If deemed illegal or misue of copyrighted material the content will be removed within two (2) business days.
Review Outcomes and Appeals
Any person depicted in the website's content has the right to appeal to remove such content, and to have the content removed should the outcome of the investigation determine that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. Please also note that should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, the merchants must allow such disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
