Content Removal & Appeals Policy

Peabody Media Inc. (the "Company") operates PornNerdNetwork.com and all websites within its network (the "Sites"). This policy explains how any person may report content, how the Company reviews those reports, and how any person depicted in content may appeal a decision — including the right to have an unresolved disagreement decided by an independent neutral body at the Company's expense.

1. Reporting Content That May Be Illegal or Violate Our Standards
Any person — whether or not they are a member, performer, or contributor — may report content appearing on any Site that they believe is illegal, non-consensual, infringing, abusive, or otherwise in violation of our Terms and Conditions or our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

To help us act quickly, please include: the URL or page location of the content, a description of the content and the person depicted, the reason for the request, and any documentation you are able to provide. We will not require a reporting party to provide more information than is reasonably necessary to review the request.

2. Review Process and Timeframes
Any content reported as depicting a minor, a trafficking victim, or a person who did not consent to its recording or publication is removed from public view immediately upon receipt of the report, pending the outcome of our investigation.
Every report is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis against our records, including performer identification and consent and release documentation maintained under 18 U.S.C. §2257.
All reports are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days of receipt. Content determined to be illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of our Standards is removed permanently within two (2) business days of that determination, and is reported to law enforcement or NCMEC where required by law.
The reporting party and, where identifiable, any person depicted in the content are notified in writing of the outcome and of their right to appeal.

3. Right to Appeal
Any person depicted in content appearing on any Site has the right to appeal a decision made by the Company, including a decision not to remove content. Any person who submitted a report also has the right to appeal the outcome of that report.
Where the outcome of an investigation or appeal determines that consent was not given, was withdrawn, or is void under applicable law, the content is removed permanently and is not republished under any circumstances.
No appeal fee of any kind is charged. Filing an appeal does not require the appealing party to waive any right or to release any claim.

4. Appeal Procedure
Step 1 — File the appeal. Send your appeal to support@pornnerdnetwork.com with the subject line "APPEAL," or submit it through the Complaint / Take Down Request Form, or mail it to Peabody Media Inc., Attn: Trust & Safety, 551 W. 190th Street, New York, NY 10040.
Step 2 — Deadline to appeal. Appeals may be filed within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the Company issues its decision. Appeals received after that period will still be accepted and reviewed where the appeal concerns consent, age, or the lawfulness of the content.
Step 3 — What to include. Identify the content at issue, the decision you are appealing, and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect. You may submit any additional documentation or evidence you wish to have considered, but supporting documentation is not a condition of filing an appeal.
Step 4 — Acknowledgement. The Company acknowledges receipt of every appeal in writing within two (2) business days.
Step 5 — Independent review. The appeal is reviewed by a member of Company personnel who was not involved in the original decision. Any content at issue in an appeal that concerns consent, age, or lawfulness remains removed from public view for the duration of the appeal.
Step 6 — Decision. The Company issues a written decision on the appeal within seven (7) business days of receipt, stating the outcome and the reasons for it, and advising the appealing party of the neutral resolution process described in Section 5.

5. Neutral Third-Party Resolution — At the Company's Expense
If the appealing party disagrees with the Company's decision on an appeal, that disagreement will be referred to a neutral, independent third-party body for resolution.
The Company bears the full cost of the neutral resolution process. No cost, fee, or expense of any kind is charged to or recovered from the person depicted in the content, the reporting party, or the appealing party.
The Company will not refuse, delay, or condition access to neutral resolution, and will cooperate fully with the neutral body and provide it with all records relevant to the dispute. The determination of the neutral body is binding on the Company.
To initiate neutral resolution, notify us at support@pornnerdnetwork.com. The Company will identify and engage the neutral body and confirm the arrangements to the appealing party in writing within seven (7) business days.

6. Non-Retaliation
The Company prohibits retaliation of any kind against any person who files a report, files an appeal, or participates in a review or neutral resolution process. No person will face termination, account closure, withholding of payment, or any other adverse action for exercising the rights described in this policy.

7. This Policy Controls
Nothing in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other agreement, notice, or document published by the Company limits, waives, conditions, or overrides the rights set out in this policy — including the right of any person depicted in content to appeal, to have content removed where consent was not given or is void under applicable law, and to have a disagreement resolved by a neutral body at the Company's expense. In the event of any conflict, this policy controls.
