Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
Effective Date: 4/21/2026 | Last Updated: 4/21/2026
Peabody Media Inc. (the "Company") and all websites operated within its network (the "Sites") maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual content, and any form of exploitation or coercion. This policy applies to every performer, contributor, affiliate, employee, contractor, and user of any Site in the network.
The Company is committed to operating safe, lawful, and ethical adult entertainment platforms. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations, and we will not tolerate — under any circumstance — the appearance of trafficked, coerced, or underage individuals in any content hosted, produced, or distributed by the Sites.
1. 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance
Original records are kept by the designated Custodian of Records and are available for inspection as required by law. Custodian information is published in the Company's 2257 Compliance Statement, available here
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on any Site in the network, by any user, performer, contributor, or business partner:
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or forced labor of any kind, as defined under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (22 U.S.C. Ch. 78) and related federal and state laws.
Recruiting, harboring, transporting, obtaining, or profiting from any person through the use of force, fraud, coercion, debt bondage, or deception.
The production, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content involving minors under the age of 18.
Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera material, revenge pornography, image-based sexual abuse, and any content distributed without the verified consent of every person depicted.
Content depicting rape, sexual assault, incest, bestiality, or any act that is illegal under applicable law.
The withholding, destruction, or confiscation of any performer's identification, passport, or travel documents.
3. Content Moderation and Screening
All content submitted for publication is subject to review by trained moderation staff before going live.
Moderators are trained to recognize indicators of trafficking, coercion, and underage performers, including physical signs of distress, signs of scripted or coached behavior, and inconsistencies between performer IDs and appearance.
Any content that raises concern is held from publication pending investigation. Content confirmed or reasonably suspected to involve trafficking, coercion, or minors is removed immediately, preserved for law enforcement, and reported as required by law.
The Company uses hash-matching tools and industry-shared databases to detect known CSAM and previously-flagged non-consensual content.
4. Reporting Suspected Violations
If you believe any content on any Site in this network depicts a trafficking victim, a minor, or a person who has not consented to its publication, please report it immediately to:

6. Non-Retaliation

Performers, employees, contractors, and users may report concerns without fear of termination, account closure, withholding of payment, or any other adverse action.
7. Training and Ongoing Review
All Company personnel involved in content review, performer onboarding, and platform operations receive training on recognizing and responding to indicators of human trafficking, coercion, and child exploitation.
This policy is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in applicable law, industry best practices, and guidance from anti-trafficking organizations.
Third-party contributors, affiliates, and business partners are required to comply with this policy as a condition of doing business with the Company.
8. Violations and Enforcement
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, which may include content removal, permanent account termination, forfeiture of earnings, referral to law enforcement, and civil or criminal prosecution. The Company reserves the right to take any lawful action it deems necessary to protect the safety and rights of performers, users, and the public.
